23 North Street (pet-friendly) sleeps up to 4 people and is located in Scalby village, just around the corner from The Plough. This gorgeous mid-terrace cottage has two double bedrooms and one bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower

ACCOMMODATION

Two bedrooms: 1 x super-king bed in master bedroom and

1 x king (can be twin on request) in second bedroom.

One bathroom: with roll-top bath and separate power shower, basin and WC.

Modern fitted kitchen with shaker-style cupboards and

all the latest appliances.

Large open plan living/dining room, with gas log-burner,

3 seater leather sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table, dining table with ample seating.

Enclosed patio garden to the rear with planting and seating.

ACCESS AND PARKING

The property is not suitable for wheelchair access. There is no off road parking to the cottage. Parking is free anywhere in Scalby village, but as we are in a residential area, guests are asked to be considerate and ensure that no driveways or entrances are blocked.
